The still image is shown only to authorised lecturers with the assessment record.
The Kanokware administrator creates the account and gives you a login email and one-time setup code. No password is sent or created by the administrator.
Use the setup code once to create your own password and six-digit recovery PIN.
Use the recovery PIN you created during activation. Administrator approval and email delivery are not required.
If you also forgot the recovery PIN, ask the administrator for a new setup code.
